ABOUT CLOUDS
If the Earth were a living body, the clouds would be its face,
its posture- the gesture in which it carries itself.
They are an instinctual and lovingly unavoidable reflection of the state of things. They are entirely honest- moving without hesitation, becoming without doubt. Maybe that’s what draws us to them: a quiet envy for how effortlessly they exist. In their presence, we sense our own story reflected back to us, in a rhythm that feels both ancient and alive.
Are they more bold than I? Revealing the earth’s shifting soul, unashamed and vulnerable.
Lashing out in violent storm, dark and brooding, rolling with rage and power.
Glowing in warm orange, dancing with pink, enveloping all beneath them. They are peaceful and glorious, so forthcoming in their own beauty.
Misting over the sky with the slightest whisper, soft and shy, delicately and slowly changing without notice. Content. Humble. At rest.
In their constant state of becoming, they offer us a silent challenge: what it looks like to exist fully and freely. They mirror our humanity, but also a version of us that is braver, more at ease in change and variety. If only I could be as comfortable embracing my shifting uncertainty, while owning my existence proudly along the way.
In a sacred acknowledgment of impermanence and truth...
I look upon them with admiration and longing, and we chant together:
You will get my peace and my rage.
I will stay the same and then I will change. You will see my beauty and my ugliness.
I will take space and I will give it back.
You cannot own me and neither can I,
for I will return to the dust from which I was made and be glad for the fleetingness of it all, grateful that I am only a cloud.

EXHIBITION (ENGLISH)
The sky knows no ownership – Light, clouds, and vastness belong to no one, and at the same time to all.
This exhibition is dedicated to the sky, light, and clouds not only as natural phenomena but also as a projection surface for human longing and as a symbol of the fleeting.
Artists Ueli Alder, Lindsay Senaud, and Andreas Wilhelm bring these themes to life through installation, painting, and scent, showing how clouds, plays of light, and natural phenomena can reflect imagination in unique ways.
An invitation to lift your gaze, to draw closer to the unreachable, and not just look at images of the sky, but to dwell within them.
